what should i do. he said he is going to punch me. He said he will punch the beep out of me if i do not give him my only penny. i need that penny to feed my family.

Tell him the truth! That you have to feed your family. if he won't listen to you, there's no other way then kicking his ***.

My advice is to walk away, and keep walking. This individual obviously has issues that HE must work out, or he will end up lonely, or in jail! If this person continues threatening to punch you, report him to the authorities, as in most states, this is called terroristic threats and is illegal.
It is well within your rights to refuse him and do with your money as YOU see fit, not him! Stick to yor guns and leave him alone. It takes a bigger person to walk away from violence than to participate.

kick him to the curb!! don't give him anything, your family should come first, make him see that or make him go away. he's just using you. must not have a family of his own or he would see that's what comes first. or if he does have a family he does'nt care much about them.
