I've heard that guys think its cute when a girl blushes. But why is that?

Blushing makes the blood rush up to the face, and a face that turns pinkish red is just pretty, adding emotional content alongside sexual attractiveness. It's designed into human makeup that we would find a blushing face attractive.

When a woman blushes, or smiles, or otherwise expresses a positive emotional response to a man - in general terms - it basically makes the guy feel good on a subconscious level. In the case of blushing, the exact reason is specific to the circumstances, although generally a blush adds color to the girl's face, increasing her attractiveness to the guy(s) witnessing the blush.

Its that showing of innocence that happens when someone blushes and guys like that. Its the whole "I AM MAN GRRRR" and girls are to be little ladies.
