some maybe real but there are lots of fake ones,having fun fooling people.What do you think??Do you have real celeb myspace friends if yes what does it do for you?

Ofcourse they're not real. None of them are. If they were then they would have pictures that a family member took or something, not just their proffesional photos.

There are a lot of real celebrities on my space. You just have to do your research. Most celebrities are in the category in which they are famous for. And if there not then thats a automatic fraud. All i can say is when Pretty Rick came to my home town for the Scream tour that shouted me out and we had lunch together. And i met Jazze pha, Lloyd, and Cherish. From a contest on my space. And my cousin write Diddy and Hoops from flavor of love, and they write back. Plus there are a lot of celebrities from my home town and world wide that are on there. And they have a list of all the clubs, arena, TV shows and etc, were they're going to be performing or talking on. And there always there on the day it say on there profile page. So i would say yeah there's some fake ones, but most of them are the real deal. All and all just be careful who you talk to period.

I think some of them are real, not all. The real ones are probably run by the Celeb's Assistant or PR Person.
Kendra's from Girls Next Door is real and it's really her running it.

I know of at least two on my friends list that are real; I don't bother to friend them until I have proof. Another is run by the mans record company, but he posts blogs and stuff.
But a lot of them? Really are just fakes.

Some of them are and it is really easy to tell which ones are. Tito Ortiz the UFC fighter was messaged by Jenna Jameson and it turns out that is how they met and are now a couple.

I have Ron White (Comidian, Blue Collar comidy Tour) in my freinds list, keeps me appraised of his tour schedual, how do I know it is the "real" Ron White, the picture of Ron, Wife and Willy is obviously not a publicity photo

actuallu none of them are, i used to know someone who was paid to be a celebs myspace character, they set up the pages then they get videos and fotos and everythin

It is great cheap advertising for them so why not? It generates a lot of buzz among the young people they want to pay attention to them.
