Colombian flag?

okay i have this geography assignment and i you have to answer some questions on a country's flag and i have colombia and i can not find this information: "Has the flag changed throughout the country's history? If so, why? How has it changed?" can you please help me anbody that has this information or can find it please add a link so i can validate it thanks
