They're all terrible. It would take millions of man-hours of work to make a decent universal translator, and so far no-one has made the effort. If they did, I imagine they'd probably charge for it.

It's neither accurate nor reliable, but if you're willing to spend a little time deciphering its output you can get a general sense of what's going on in the page you're trying to read.
