Any where which is north of the Artic circle (66° 33′ 39″ north). Includes the northern parts of Norway, Sweden and Finland (the bits known as Lapland), Russia and Canada. Also a bit of the USA (parts Alaska) and a big bit of Denmark in the form of Greenland.
