Hi, i am trying to transfer to a better University,
and I'm taking some classes at a community college,
So,If I am accepted at a University this year,
and register for it, is it okay if I attend the school
the next year?
b/c i also want to try a different school, but i would need to take one more semester at a community college.
that is why, after being accepted at a university, I was thinking of taking one more semester at a community college,
and apply to a different university and see if I get in or not.

is this even possible?

Yes, you can 'defer' your entry. This means that you can start the course a year later. You will have to state this on your application

It may be possible, but you need to talk to the university where you have been accepted, some will allow you to defer enrollment for usually up to a year, while others will not. Call the admissions office and find out for sure. If they do not allow that, could you take the same classes at the university as you would at the community college? If you can you could still go to the university, take the classes and apply to transfer to the other college. That way at least if you don't get into the other university you would not have lost the opportunity to go to the one that already accepted you. Good luck whatever you decide, hope everything works out for you!

Yes, many universities keep their students' applications for a number of years incase the a student wants to transfer to their school later on.

Depends on the school you're talking about. Every school has different policies. I recommend talking to an admissions counselor at that school to find out what their rules are.
