if so than the stationary one will be 29 and the spaceship one will have aged weeks. (assuming 4 earth years. 4 spaceships years and the Earth twin will be long dead)

Yeah, the one who travels through space at a relativistic speed can seem to be still 25-ish years old when the twin has died and the grandchildren are growing old. I think this was the premise of a Robert Heinlein book.

the one on the ship would be still 25
the one on earth would be 25 + 4 = 25
