First, go to Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs, and delete that program from your computer. After that has been done, Open the Program Files folder and delete the folder for that program.

There are certain files that the computer will not allow you to delete also. These are caused by the Start Up feature. If you try to delete a folder that is activated on system start up, you will not be able to unless you remove it from Start Up. Good Luck!
