well have u done your homework

Can u tell the court what kind of schools they have in florida in the city u are interested in? Are they blue ribbon schools??? What is the student to teacher ratio??? How many students continue onto college after graduation of hs???

Can u tell the court about the crime ratio in that florida city compared to where u reside now???

Be able to explain to the court why u think florida would not only be better for u but also better for the children to be in another state without regular visitation of their father.....what does florida hold for you and the children that is better than where u currently are???

Do you have a job waiting for u in florida??

do u have a placed picked out to reside in florida???

do u have family or friends in a nearby city they can offer you assistance and friendship???

If u have done your homework---then it should be easy...if not NOT

That's rough. Sorry to hear it. Where are you planning to move to? I mean do you have a specific address in mind when you move to the new location?

Check Craigslist. Maybe you'll get lucky.

I think that having a place to stay will be just as impo as being able to pay for that stability...........God bless

Don't sound to good, but it may be your lucky day.!!!!! Try explaining your reasons, it is hard to find a decent place when you are not in the area. Good Luck.
