Umm... no one really knows when Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow comes out but I know it is almost done because I just read something about book stores have already order them... but you can't pre-order the books because J.K isn't done writing yet..."supposbly" ( sorry, I can't spell today)

There is no official date yet. The July rumor is based on the number seven being significant in the Potter series, and this being the seventh book, it has been wondered if it will be released on 07-07-07 (July 7, 2007). According to a 2005 statement, Rowling said that most of her writing on book 7 will happen "next year", meaning 2006. I was reading yesterday that it generally takes about 6 months for a book to hit the store from the moment the finished draft is set on a publisher's desk, so we're most likely looking at a fall 2007 release, but possibly summer.
Randomness about it: The title is in fact "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows". The very last word of the book is going to be "scar", and she said it won't be as long as Order of the Phoenix.
I can hardly wait to read it...

She is still in the process of writing and/or making revisions to the manuscript. So, nothing is definite... except the title. That was released several weeks ago as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
While many people have tossed around the 07-07-07 date, it has not been confirmed. Considering that she released the name of the 7th book on the Winter Solstice, it would seem as though this date would be important and fitting. Moreover, I *think* all the books have been released in July-- in time for Harry's Birthday at the end of the month.
Adding more fuel to the fire is the recent publication of the Baker & Taylor list. It is a publication for libraries and schools to order books. They have the date for HP&TDH as 07-13-07. This date is the same as the 5th installment of the movie series.
I think summer 2007 is going to be the year of Harry Potter...

The name is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and it WAS rumored that it would come out on 7/7/07, because seven is the most powerful magical number, but there's some sort of historical event associated with that date, so they are thinking about July 31 2007 because that is both Harry's and J.K. Rowling's birthday.
