They play it at SeaWorld during the Shamu show when the swimmer gets lifted up on the killer whale's nose - very cheesy!

I don't think it has actually been used in a movie but check out this link for more info on where it has been used and who has recorded it (apparently more than 125!)

Yes I think it was in one of the Ghost Busters... I think its the scene where they have to bring the statue of liberty to life.. and they use that Plasmo Goo all over the thing.. and play that song to get it moving..
