The stairs she fell down wer really, really HARD. She lives in India, and the stairs are made of cement there. My mother has injuries all over her body. On her head, her arms, her legs. She fell on top of a cooler and the cooler got bent, so you can imagine how hurt she is. Also she vomited right after she hit her head. Is that bad?

I strongly recommend that you call some medical assistance, either call an ambulance, or take her yourself to a hospital. My advice comes as your mother might have small/not so small fractures in her bones, even if she feels something specific or not, and these might have led to some internal damage. By falling so hard, what really concerns me is that hit on her head. Hopefully you will find where to take her, as those wounds need to be looked at.Further more, doctors will know what the best painkiller should do in these circumstances. In additon, tell her she shouldn't move her head or limbs to much, in order not to agravate the possible small fractures.paramedic advice.hope she gets well soon

she has a concussion if she was vomitting. If you can not afford the hospital, you will have to check on her every two hours during the night, and wake her up. If she does not wake up, her brain is swelling and she needs help immediately. Have her take a warm bath and treat her cuts and scrapes. Check the pupils of her eyes with light and make sure they dialate. If one is large and the other small get her to the hospitla ASAP!

Why is this question in the baseball section? My guess is that you won't get many helpful answers in this section.

My advice- she should go to the hospital ASAP. She may have a concussion. I am not a doctor, so I can't diagnose her ailments. She should have someone take her to the hospital to be evaluated. Pronto.
