The Secret Service are an arm of the US government.
The head of the US government is George W Bush.
George W Bush was voted in by the American people.
So to answer your question concisely: the American people are responsible for the numerous atrocities against humanity, for not doing their homework on George W., and for allowing him to hoodwink them into thinking he would make a good president.
Not once. But TWICE.

It's all relative - and it depends on who is on your side (or at least which countries benefit more for not being against you.) As long as you are the "popular" country, then the "crimes" that you commit are not crimes, it is "anti-terrorism" (or something of the like).

That is why there is such an ongoing conflict in Israel. The Palestinians kill Israelis, Israelis retaliate by killing Palestinians and vice versa - but the world is split on who's side to take. If the power houses of the world were to back one over the other, then the conflict would be easier to end - because then there would be a consensus of who is "right" and who is "wrong".

No one. Any country that routinely uses kidnapping or torture as a means of self-defense immediately loses its moral authority right there.

To fight terrorism, we must follow the rule of Law to maintain the moral authority to legitimately oppose terrorist cells and terrorist actions without provoking further hatred and creating more terrorists.

When you have SPECIFIC names dates and numbers of genocide victims, then we'll talk. Other than that you have the right to remain in the dark about how Government works. Secret Service protect the President. The CIA is in charge of kidnapping and torture. Get it right, or get going!

It's the CIA, not the Secret Service, who do the dirty deeds, and the orders come from Mr. Immoral Authority himself, G.W. "I Can Do Anything I Want" Bush!

you don't really want to know..otherwise they'll torture you and they'll say you were a terrorist... it is f*cked up.. i know.. but that's the way it is... I wonder who would stop the US if they ever decide to invade some other country.. they're the ones in charge of the disarming of all the "dangerous" countries...
