I recently got my hotmail and hi5 hacked into. Microsoft managed to get bk my hotmail account, but my hacker deleted my hi5 account. Today i went to sign up for another one and in the registration form there is always that box with a series of numbers/letters which u must copy correctly. I am copying them exactly how i see them bu it keeps telling me that they are incorrect. Why is that? When i tried from a different computer it worked. Do i have a virus?

Hello 3mzii,

I'm not sure if you have a virus or not. I have a Macintosh computer and we don't get computer viruses. If you are concerned about that, you should invest in some anti-virus software that will detect that for you.

Sometimes, when you sign up for something, where they have those boxes of letters and numbers that you copy, you have left off some other information up above in the form, when you are signing up. Usually sites will bring the same form up and highlight the areas that they want you to type in red, so that you can see them easier. Just check all of the other areas of the form. They will usually have a different thing that you need to copy also, so be aware of that.

Also, remember to always sign off when you want to get off of HotMail. Don't just go over to another web site. If you haven't signed off, sometimes it is still open to people hacking into your account. So, just get into the habit of doing that.

I hope that this stuff will work for you. Best of luck to you.

It is probably that there a missing files or a virus. Make sure your Antivirus is good and updated and give is afull system scan. If this does not resolve the issue. Backup all your essential data. Format your CDrive and reinstall windows. Sometimes the best thing to do is to have a fresh copy installed.
