My bf and i recently joined "The library club" What books do you suggest we read. Were in 8th grade.

anything by Walter Dean Myers such as: Monster, Slam and Scorpion are great books Ive read them years ago (Im eighteen)and they are great books
Judy Blume! Great author...she wrote "Are you there God? Its me Margaret" and "Forever"...she writes about the everyday girl which I love!
Tears of a Tiger by Sharon M. Draper...we read that in 7th grade and everyone loved the book...

I hope you find these books enjoyable...everyone of the books Ive read before and actually thoroughly enjoyed...its been awhile since I read them..lol...but these are some novels that I recommend from me to you!

Read any and all William Shakespear you can find. Also, a great story you might have already read is Where The Red Fern Grows.

It's a great book and they also made a movie.

8th grade would be about 13 years old or so. Try these:

Don't know the library club, but I once read a very inspiering book called Vanya and there's another one called Judith. Those are very nice if you can find them.

It will give you lots of laughs and you will learn about why people do what they do and why they can't stop themselves.
