Actually, if I could have an even bigger one, I would like to make some sort of an entertainment center for teens to go to.
Included in the building would be a movie theater, bowling alley, video arcade, pool table room, skating rink, diner or pizza joint, ice cream and maybe some sort of dance hall or concert area.
It would be possible for parents to drop their kids off and know that they have something to do and if one thing gets boring, they could just walk down the hall and try something else.
Just a dream...

Well for starters it would depend on it's location and what was close by. For instance if it is near the docks well a mechanic shop or chop shop or even storage units. If in town well storage units would work or a hardware store. In the country well I would do a tack, grain and hay store.

well what I have been noticing alot lately is tattoo studios, and they bring in large pay-off.
Even if your not a tattoo artist you could hire several artist to work for you and pay everyone a percentage of the income generated, and contract them all, you would need to advertise and hire someone to work the crowds and bring in clients and a manager, all of the personel that any business would require and make loads of cash flow.
There are many tattoo artist looking for a place to locate to but can not afford to lease a building of their own and given an opportunity such as this would be appreciated by them!
If you have any business sense then you could easily make this idea work!

A used book store/coffee joint. Get some of that Barnes and Noble/ Starbucks cash for the rest of us. Also might add in a little stage for local artists

I would make it into a huge indoor game room, kind of like a chucke cheese, but not serve only pizza.
Now if I had a bigger building, I would make an indoor amusement park.
