that's actually not a bad idea, over population of the planet is definitely a problem. I think people should be fined for having kids out of wedlock.
I think you should have to get a license to have a kid, just like a marriage license, and pay a fee for that license. I don't know how you would go about enforcing that though...?

living jointly previous to marriage is fairly effortless lately, yet that doesn't often regulate the companions' hopes for what a wedding ceremony could be. on account that they're a pair with a larger 0.5 and little ones, they probable have already got the fundamentals coated. they don't choose/pick toasters, china, inspite of. requesting money isn't any tackier than organising a wedding ceremony present registry, for my section. the objective of both is to let those who pick to grant a present comprehend what's wanted. no one has to grant money any more effective than someone might want to could purchase some thing from a bride's registry. What they extremely pick is a even as remote from homestead as a kinfolk. those human beings probably pick a visit a lot more effective than the basically accurate couple basically beginning out. for most, shuttle is a luxury which won't be able to be labored into the budget, and a dream vacation is basically that--a dream. you've a danger to help make their dream come real. it truly is a few thing they are going to keep in options continually.

You can fit the entire world population in Texas, with about 1 person on a square mile. We are NOT running out of room, that's complete and utter nonsense, we are, however running out of resources because we are not conscious and waste alot. China still has the largest population in the wold, so is it working there? look at the numbers. A fine for couples with more than 2 children will create alot of other problems, such as babies being abandoned, abortion, and so on.

What?! No!! I've never liked the idea of limits on children, no matter where it is... No excuses. Some people have the dream of having many children. I, myself, would like to have two or three children. I'm not going to go into long argument, but no, I don't think this should happen. If you need more room, go to Montana.

No, I think we should fine people who can't spell. Nor capitalize. China is a proper name, dear.
And my yes, it truly is working well for China. (sarcasm) If they give birth to a girl first she is pretty much thrown away. So let's do the math, in the not too far off future procreation will be a bit tough for them. Why do you think all Chinese babies you see being adopted (via foreign adoptions) are GIRLS. God knows how many are born but just killed.
Oh, and way to give the government authority over your life.
Why don't you do some research on Communism and see how you like it?
Guess this is the kind of question someone who never had kids would ask.

NO, but they should have FINED your parents after having you. How rude to presume that you have the right to be born, and others do not. Communist can get away with anything,,, but Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness is a guarantied in the Constitution. Bought and paid for by American blood. Please do not think of having children is a BAD thing. I love all my children, and I served in the US Navy to defend the right to have my family. The next thing you know, you will want to kill older Americans to make room for your 2 children.

What do we do with ALL the mothers already having more than two?
That is a God given right to bear children, however sometimes immediate intervention is necessary for survival of a country.
My answer is NO we shouldn't ban childbirth as our society is set up to assist those in need and willing to pay back society for the gift of assistance.

If I have the right to not have children, I have the right to have as many children as I want. It is my body, remember.
Who said we were running out of room? Have you done any traveling. There is lots of room in this world and our economies would be more stable with more consumers. Ask Finland.

Aren't they automatically fined by, well, having so many children? Think of the financial cost, as well as the countless hours invested. I don't think we need such a program in the US because the family size is dwindling on its own. The average family has less than 2 children as it is.

No, that's a monstrous idea!!! In China, where families are restricted, many parents kill their female children, hoping for a male. As a result of this practice over 20 years now, there are not enough women to go around, which has resulted in many women being kidnapped.
