The ones that have housekeepers or hire people to clean or anyone living alone and with nothing to do but clean their house. I think this leaves out a lot of people. Wish I had more time to spend in mine.

Depends. I have seen houses that you could eat off the floor, but the homeowner states the house is a mess. I have also seen houses where clothes are piled up for what looks like weeks, and the homeowner said they just finished cleaning. In my profession, I think that I have seen it all, just in time for the next house that takes the cake.

Clean is relative. What is clean to me, may not be clean to you. I maintain daily cleaning rituals, frequent special cleaning, and therefore consider my home always clean to my own standards.
To each his own. (Some people are pigs anyway, so they don't care.) Not referring to anyone here who has responded.
