if you're an admin on a server/website do you have access to what people have been looking at on the site, even people who aren't "members"? like if some random person stumbled on the site would you be able to tell who they are (like screen name or anything like that.)

Well on forums I know you can see what every person does even if they dont have a name on it. On a website you can't see what people have done unless they have sent a message or something like that to other people. But I think you can set it so you can see what every person has done though...
