HTM is the Microsoft (DOS-BASED) suffix for HTML pages. htmL is the Unix suffix for the same file type. You can simply rename the documents to apply the proper suffix.

Yup! Just save it as "yourpagesname.html" instead of "yourpagesname.htm".
On Yahoo , you are given this option whenever you upload a file to your Geocities console, too! Just click the box for this option when you are uploading the files and it will do it automatically.

Yes, just rename it. The two file extensions are interchangeable, as far as how applications handle them.
