It depends on whether you are planning to stay at the job or not. Toxic bosses are the bane of workers everywhere. Is it a personality conflict or that she's just not a good boss? If you're planning to stay and you want to deal with it and it's a personality conflict, go above her head and discuss your concerns with her boss. But think about it first and then try to approach it in the most professional manner possible. You know...you're finding this behaviour counter productive and here's how it's affecting the bottom line. If she's top dog then you're screwed and you should look for another job. Or if you think you can deal, just be civil and think nasty thoughts behind her back. Nothing says you gotta like your boss, you just have to be polite. I mean in 5 years, 10 years are you gonna give even think about her let alone remember her bitchiness?
That's my take...hope it helps.

You don't. Until you work your *** off to become her boss , then you can tell her she's a b**** and fire her a**.
...that is unless you hate not just your boss but your job too, which means just find a new job then tell her whatever you want.

Luckily, from my District Manager to my Mananger to my Assistant Manager, they all know that I speak my mind and when any of them are in the bi*ch zone, I will call them on it and still be able to keep my job. I'm not saying to go out and test the waters with your boss, but it's all in the way it's phrased. Don't say, "You're a bi*ch" but try, "Stop acting like a bi*ch" or, "You're acting awfully bi*chy today . . . what's up?"
Good luck!

Well.. If you tell her that, then you're going to be sacked anyway, whatever way you say it in. But basically, resign first and then you can say whatever you want. If you're not happy with her, don't work for her. But otherwise, I would advise keeping your feelings to yourself if you want to keep your job.
Good luck.

You don't. You put up with it, get a new job, or if the situation warrents, sue.
I've been there, and boy, does it suck.
