how will the world end? and is it coming soon?

The Mayans predicted that the world will end (I'm not making this up, check the reference) December 21st, 2012. The Mayans also believed that the world has ended 4 times before, and that this will be the final time. I can't remember from history class, but I think the end will have something to do with jaguars. The Mayans were strange in that they disappeared, quite literally. Archaeologists and historians do not know what happened to the Mayans.

1. It would happen during the time when everything appears normal. Thes. 5
2. A time would come when there would be no more warnings to human kind such as the tsunamis, or earth quakes
3. Three series of judments would be unleashed on planet earth
a. Seals
b. Trumpets
c. Bowls
each claiming upto a billion lives at a time
4. Rapture would have occured
5. Moses (who was used to convert water to blood) and Eliza (who asked God to shut off the skies from raining) would preach for 3.5 years. Ie., there would rampant famine on earth. A whole 144,000 jews would come to know Jesus during this time of tribulation

6. The beast who will come out of the sea would kill these two men. The world will celebrate. After 3 days, God would rapture them.

My guess this earth has less than 50 years

There is no way to predict that, dear. However, I personally believe that the world will end either by a lack of resources caused by wastefullness and a rediculously high population, or we will all blow each other up with nuclear weapons. The only thing you can do is relax and enjoy your life; be generous to others and never take anything or any day for granted. Be faithful to whatever religion you have studied intensley and really believe is true....that is all any of us can do.

It will probly end from man in a nuclear world war or a giaint asteroid. There is no immediate threat from asteroids hitting Earth anytime soon but it WILL happen again and is anyone's guess when.

Read the Bible it explains what happens in the end. Nobody knows when it'll happen. And if you don't believe in the Bible or read it and disagree.....according to scientist....in millions of years the sun will supernova expanding and covering the first 3 planets (Earth being one of those) and that will be the end of Earth. So take your pick. I personally believe the first one.
