Because he's a great coah that can teach young guys how to be pro bowlers. Look what he did to Tony Romo. I'll admit Tony Romo made a mistake. Look what he did in the regular season though. Take the mistakes that he made and the great things he did during the season and see which one outweighs the other. Bill Parcells made the move to sit Drew Vledsoe and bring in Tony Romo. That worked out alright. Then he made the move to get rid of Mike Vanderjagt and bring in Martin Gramatica, which ALSO turned out to work good. Bill Parcells can lead this team to a Super Bowl someday.

Bill Parcells should stay on as coach because I believeTony Romo still needs some tutelage and he might as well get it from one of the best coaches in the game . I think there are still left unanswered questions from their playoff game and the same coach could figure it out faster because he is aware of the players already there and I believe Terrell Owens will not be there and some harmony might come back to the ball club.

Why "should" he return, you ask? Why not? He's too young to quit without reaching his goals, he values his role as a teacher and Romo is certainly a pupil who needs quality guidance, the team is beginning to acquire the functionality required to reach champion status, and finally...what else would he do? I believe he would prefer to retire on a high note rather than just shrug and walk away. That just isn't his style.
