They are two different terms for the same thing, more or less, but here is the difference.
Beastiality indicates that one has been sexual with an animal. Zoophilia indicates that one is sexually attracted to animals.
The words are used interchangably but that is the separation.

Basically, bestiality is sex with animals, zoophilia is sex with exotic animals.
