Tonites Top Chef is about teamwork. Who do you think will pack their knives ?

I think either Marcel, who is definately not a team player.
Or Cliff who cannot accept NOT being the leader.

My "Best Answer" choice will be decided AFTER tonites episode, provided your answer is here before the episode airs...& I am aware of the different time zones so please answer before 'central time' zone. That's where I'm veiwiing from.

I LOVED all of the answers & EVERYBODY gets a thumbs up!
But now I have to choose "a winner"
It's not fair because TOP CHEF judges didn't pick one tonite! (other than Marcel, for the Quickfire)..It's down to the 2 answers that said Michael.......I'm gonna have to go back & re-evaluate those answers. ......................

Good Question. If tonight's challenge is about teamwork, Marcel is doomed. His pompous attitude always seems to prevent him from working effectively in a team environment. Plus, he's just such an a s s. I'd love to see him go but I think the judges think he's got some talent (though, to me "Foam Boy" leaves a lot to be desired).

Michael is way over due to go. It actually annoys me that some better chefs have left and he's still there. I know he won the last challenge and I'm glad for him, but he's inconsistent and entirely too laid back. If teamwork is the theme tonight, he's going to have to step it up and make his voice heard. Otherwise, he's going to be stuck doing some stupid prep work and he'll be gone. I won't be sad to see him go though.

Cliff doesn't work well with others either and though he thinks he's a leader, he tries to steamroll over everyone else and destroys any hope of having a productive team. I don't think it will be him though.

So basically, I see Marcel and Michael on the chopping block tonight. I can't wait until tonight's episode!!! I'm on Eastern time so I'll check back when the show is finished! Thanks for sending me the question!

Intriguing question.

I would LOVE to see Marcel go, just because he's an ***. As much as I hate to admit it, though, he has kinda handled everyone disliking him in a pretty professional manner. He mostly ignores it, and just gets his work done (not that it's so difficult to make foam!).

I really like Cliff, but I see your point that he kinda wants to take the lead wherever he goes. Honestly, I hadn't noted that about him, but now that you point it out, you're right.

Sam may have trouble with this one, too...He's so angry at Marcel that it may get in his way.

Elia is fairly good at working on a team, as long as she's not the leader...When she's in charge, the rest of the team gets pushed to the background.

My money's on Michael to win. He's so laid back that he won't care who's the team leader, even if he gets stuck with the job! Plus, if you can get past the pot smoke, he actually has some pretty good ideas...Last week he was pretty clear headed, even though he was on pain meds!

Who's packing their knives tonight? It may depend on whether or not they can play nice. I'd love to see Marcel go, but that's just because I don't like him. For me, it's a toss up between Marcel, Sam and Ilan...I think those are the three who have the most difficulty getting along.

Automatically when they said "Teamwork", I figured Marcel would be leaving. He said so himself that he isn't there to be part of a team or make friends. I feel he has overstayed his welcome. I also think it's time for Micheal to pack it up as well. He may have won the last challenge but he doesn't want it as bad as everyone else does, so I fear he may be leaving soon too.

I think that Marcel should for sure go home. B/c on almost every episode he NEVER wants anyone help. For teamwork you have to help each other. KICK is but off. I think Sam should win!!! Not only Can he cook but he is HOT!!

Hmm. Great question! I see the points that Yahooians are making, but I have no idea. I would also say Marcel--who has expressed minimal creatitivity throughout his production on the show. Hopefully he's done with the foams tonight!!!

i think if marcel stays much longer he may be leaving with his knives packed in HIM,he does'nt know the meaning of teamwork and man is that guy annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!! the show sure is addictive though is'nt it!! enjoy tonights episode.
