I haven't seen it but I have been told she didn't even act good, it was more overacting.
I was also told that she wasn't REALLY the lead, the movie was mostly about Jennifer Hudson's character than anybody else and Jennifer was the real star.
Should Jen be the best actress instead?

Definitely Jennifer Hudson she was better in the movie and she has had more buzz about her acting than any of the other people.

About any other actress on the list deserves to win other than Beyonce. They are all far superior actresses. That said, I think Toni Collette will win best actress in a comedy or musical. With regard to Jennifer Hudson, she most assuredly was the best actress in that movie, but the position that an actress is placed in award nominations has nothing to do with whether their acting was superior to another actress' in the same movie, but instead, the position they played within the film itself. Jennifer Hudson was cast in a supporting role, thus, Jennifer Hudson could, in no way, win or even be nominated for best actress. She does, however, have a very good chance of winning best supporting actress.

Definitely Jennifer Hudson.. Beyonce needs to move over and give some of that spotlight up to someone else.. glory hog.

you realize what i completely trust you. Beyonce does not deserve the golden globe nomination. she sings super, i admire her, yet to be undemanding she in simple terms can not act. while she acts it seems phony. she has skills yet not in appearing, i assume u in simple terms can not have all of it.

And why not? Are you suggesting that the Golden Globe guys are playing foul. Perhaps if you were half as talented as beyonce is, you won't be passing this comment.
