Do you ladies think there is any way I could've had a chemical pregnancy? I had so many symptoms and they were real. I didn't just bring them on myself. I had actual nausea that kept coming! I had all that CM and stuff too. Then my period came 2 or 3 days late. I dunno, I kinda think I had a chemical pregnancy, which I think I had one before because I had a postive test and symptoms then I bled. Or what if I had a miscarriage because right before I started my period, I had bad cramps! What do you ladies think? Which may I add I still have these symptoms and even started getting sick to smells while I am on my period! And last night I woke up like 3 times wanting to throw up! I was sick! I don't understand why I would feel like that! What is wrong with me?! I had the stomach flu the other day but I don't feel sick! I still have all the symptoms I had before I started AF, then last night I wanted to throw up!

If you had a positive pregnancy test, then I would say that you had a miscarriage. And that does happen and some people just think it's thier regular period, and that it was a few days late. But there is no way that you could have a positive test without being pregnant.

There is such a thing as a false pregnancy where you have all the symptoms and even go into labor with no baby whatsoever. You may want to see a doctor.
