There is no such thing as an aphrodisiac; it's a myth. There is no exotic substance you can ingest to increase your sex drive or get you in the mood. Our bodies don't work like that, and everything that says it does is a rip-off or a myth (like the whole ideas of eating oysters turning people on).
However, you can do a lot of sexy things with foods to turn yourself and your lover on. Chocolate has chemicals in it that make people feel very good and romantic, if not just a little sexual (hence the popularity for Valentine's Day, etc.), so sharing some really good-quality chocolate with a lover is a nice. A little alcohol (not hard liquor, but something you can savor) will loosen you up a bit- just don't have too much. Feed each other strawberries. Bring out the whipped cream and get creative. Use the not-so-subtle imagery of phallic bananas, cucumbers, zucchini, carrots, etc.. Mimick the fridge scene from "9 1/2 Weeks". Food and cooking really is inherently sensual, and all it takes is a little creativity to get things flowing.

Currently, other than drugs which make it easier for men to become erect, there are no aphrodisiacs. Anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something.
