tried knitting needle and ruler and wont bend round my arm!

Try a wire coat hanger, untwisted of course.

You itch because of moisture inside the cast. Try baby powder. It will coat every spot on your arm and get rid of the itching.

ok, this might sound stupid, but if you get a hard object and gently hit the area that hurts a couple times, that helped me. The impact or vibration made it feel better after a couple hits BUT it sounds like your bones are still healing so i dunno if that will work. Purhaps try it after you have taken some percoset or vicodin with some JD??

I found a knitting needle very good for this (plastic one) hope you have it off soon good luck
