go to a concert but not like in an arena go to a concert where its all standing like a local show or a not so popular band. for example i live in chicago and a lot of bands perform at the arenas (like all state arena) but id prefer to go to the aragon ballroom because they are more fun and most likely crazier and its easier to meet people. just beware of the moshes lolz.

Go to those type of concerts and talk to some people. It's easy to make friends at concerts. You already have something in common. Good Luck.
