The fertile time- the only time you can get pregnant in your cycle is right in the middle, about 13 days before a period. You can tell at the time due to the fertile mucus, (it is slippery) that the sperm needs to swim up to where the egg needs to be fertilized if it is to be implanted on the uterus wall and grow into a baby

Actually you ovulate about 12 to 14 days BEFORE your period. The peak time to get pregnant is a day before or a day after you ovulate.

You can get pregant anytime of the month, even if you are on your period. There is never a safe time to not use protection unless you want to get pregnant. Judging by your question, I would hope you are not trying and are talking to your parents or someone grown about these questions. Be careful and stay safe.

No. You can get pregnant at anytime. I did get pregnant on my period once but miscarried. You take a chance at getting pregnant each time you have sex without birth control.

no you dont. actually you have less of a chance of getting pregnant if you are on your period. If you are trying, there are fertility monitors that you can get that can tell you when you are at your peak, but conseption can happen other times as well.

I don't believe that is true. You need to be ovulating though. This is different for every women. It may be two days before your cycle or 3 days after your cycle, its not a simple answer. See your OBGYN to find out the best time to conceive.
