me and my boyfriend has been dating for 3months we love eachother but latley we havent be talking when i call him he say he on the phone woith his brother and he will call me back

He could just be ready to end the relationship and not know how, or he could just be a guy who does not like talking on the phone, maybe you should stop calling him and act like you are too busy and then he will A) stop calling and it will end B) start calling and wondering why you are not calling him and it will drive him crazy when you are too busy for him! Guys like a challenge, don't be too available!!

It's not necessarily true that he is cheating or having sex with another female, but if he doesn't want to talk to you right when you call, it's certainly a sign that someone else is more important on his 'talk-to' priorities.
If he continues to put off time with you or not accept a long call, ask him (and if he's not convincing) ask his friends or family. It won't be pretty and you may burn some bridges, but at some point you'll find out.
