3 months is not enough time to "love" each other. How old are you anyway? I guarantee you are probably 16 or younger. Go to school make a life for yourself...and yes. He's cheating on you.

if it takes your boyfriend more than a half hour to call you back then you better start asking questions. maybe he is close with his brother and they talk alot or maybe he has a girl as a friend and not sure how you will take it. you will never know unless you catch him or he tells you.. just watch out for more signs.. take care !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
