NO! It is a scam. It is a spyware itself trying to get you to purchase a rogue anti-spyware program. Do not buy it!
To remove the Antivermins pest, follow the procedure in the article "How To Remove Antivermins (removal Instructions"): which is at this link:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic69886.html
Your computer has a serious infection called Smitfraud, which most stand-alone, general-purpose virus scanners such as Norton and AVG cannot remove or even detect.
Try the above procedure using the specialised tool caled SmitfraudFix.
Good luck.

AntiVermins is a fake anti-spyware application that is installed either with other freeware or else through deception and trickery. Its basically a scam program that is distributed by criminals who want you to pay "ransom" to get your computer back. Its a pretty bad deal once you have it on your computer.
You can try some of the free spyware scanners to get rid of it, but your best bet is to invest in a commerical-grade antispyware scanner for your computer. I personally like XoftspySE, and have had success with it against AntiVermins. You can download a free scan here:
http://www.bestspywarereport.com/xoftspy
Good luck!

AntiVermins is spyware.
What this program does:
AntiVermins or AntiVerminser are rogue anti-spyware applications that use aggressive and deceptive advertising to goad you into purchasing the commercial version of their products. These programs are known to be installed on your computer without permission along with malware and Trojans. An example screen of AntiVermins is below.
