Yes. Tmobile will charge you at the international calling rate (about 50-60 cents per minute) for all incoming and outgoing calls to any number in England. You will also be charged against your minutes usage for any international calls. If you want, you can ask Tmobile to turn off the ability to accept incoming international calls.
