I'm debating whether or not I should wax my upper lip. The hair is light and very fine, but sometimes I think it's really noticeable. I'm just afraid that if I wax it will grow in darker (I'm a natural brunette).

I've waxed my legs before and that turned out fine, but I'm worried since it's on my face where everyone can see.

wax away! I get mine done and i love it. no more worries about who can see what. whatever you do.. dont shave it. Waxing gets rid of it for longer. they have waxes that are made especially for sensitive areas that will not hurt as much as regular waxing strips.

I've waxed my upper lip for a couple of years now. It's a little stingy right after it's done, but then its fine...just a little red for a while (about 45 minutes). Do it and go straight home & put some ice on it to take down the redness.
I do mine at home with a facial wax kit. Quick & easy. I do it in the evening after my shower/before bed, so the redness will dissipate by the morning.

Or you can try facial hair bleach (sold at any major drugstore).

I would not suggest using waxing strips. Go to a salon. But one you trust. They use several different things that help soothe the area and helps the hair to take longer to grow back. It is really cheap too. $10-$20

Ok, I once thought that the hair on my upper lip was noticeable too, so I shaved it. It looked the same so it's probably not noticeable so I wouldn't wax it.

wax it or take it off using a string, even if it is light and dosent show, but if you were under the sun, or drank somthing or out some lotion on it, then it will show, :)
