I'm kinda new, but I see these guys running really tight circles around thier enemies, and their enemies not being able to hit them cuz they're always "facing the wrong direction" (yeah it's happened to me in a duel) so how do they run the tight circles? I just sit there like an idiot swinging at the air and waiting for my spells to cool down!

It takes a bit of work. The technique is called "strafing" - you'll want to be using your mouse and keyboard for it. (I think it's the Q and E keys, and keep yourself always pointing at the target.) It take a bit to get used to, especially since it's not really useful against mobs, but you can try practicing it by running around a bush or something.

With PvP, always try to keep moving if possible. Even if you're just running in a straight line, you're still moving, which means your opponant needs to react to you. If you just stand there, you're the one stuck reacting.

Well all you do is run around in circles like them. The people that do that in a duel do that because they know they will win. Two reasons why people do it is because they know some of the people they fight will lag so no matter what they do they wont hit them and the other is because it will catch people offguard even people that dont lag and they wont think to run around like a idiot like they are doing. If people do that in a duel just stop the duel and leave. They cheat and dont let them....yes I say it is cheating because there is no reason to do it.
