Hello Cincinnati, why dont these weather people give accurate weather readings?

We were looking forward of getting some SNOW. None ever came our way. Why is it, these meterologist say one thing and something else happens?

I've heard of times when weather people tell you there's gonna be all this rain, but it ends up being like a drought.

Because the weather changes due to the fact that we are right by the water
