I would start with canceling your bank/credit card. It might seem drastic now but better safe than sorry, right?

First of all press the "contact us" button. Then when the form loads press View at the top then Source. It will show you all the coding used for this page.Somewhere it will show the email address as it is required for a form. Then once you've got the address email it manually,eg,send an email to the owner using the address in your normal mail system.Eg/ if you use hotmail go to hotmail and create a new message. If this doesn't work, find out who hosts them. Then contact the host.Have a look in the yellow pages,it might give details on how to contact them.If all this fails make a police enquiry.I know you are not female but "Woman's Own" magazine have a section where you can write in about problems like this, with companies eg, and they will contact the companies and in most cases solve the problem, get the company to refund your money.Theres also one called Woman,i can't remember which it is.Plenty of men buy it.Or if you're too embarased to get it look up the email address of Woman's Own solutions thing on the net. When you do this they will contact to the companies making an official enquiry and demand your product, recipet and money back.Sometimes the company in the wrong even offers extra money to say sorry.

Several ways -
â Ring up your bank and ask to refuse credit payment to the website in question.... so that no more money can be used
â Ring up the police - as a non emergency you are entitled to report the site for bad activity or at least to ask them to look into it.
â Go to the company that it going to be posting (posted) your item and ask for it's current status.
You may find that as the item did not cost a lot of money it may take a while for it to come through the post... but I would be worried about no receipt...
Most companies send an email as a receipt to check your inbox and Junk mail folders...

If you paid with your credit card, get in touch with them asap. It's happened to me once. I had purchased 2 DVD's from a website and they had gone bankprut but taken the money and it was impossible to get in touch with them. The credit card company refunfed me. In my case, it had happened to many others (and surely you're not the only one either!) and i found these forums / reviews sites where other customers discussed the problem and helped each other as to what to do, who to contact etc depending on the bank you were with. So try and search on the net for such a place. All the best

There is no way to report it to any agency with power.
UK or USA.
You should contact your credit card company, investigate recent charges, cancel the account, open a new one, and of course report any problem charges to the credit card fraud investigation department.

u can contact them here:
http://www.poppersonline.org.uk/contact.html
but u should worry all the same i think. Alert your bank! explain the problem!
Moreover the kind of products they sell let me think they are BIG swindlers! I think they think the people they swindle wouldn't dare to sue them because they will have to acknoledge they buy "products for sex"... Next time, go to the sex-shop ;)
