Do you mean Motherwort? Midwives use it as a uterine tonic. Sometimes it is used during perimenopause to alleviate cramps. It's a relaxing vasodilator so can be used for anything from stomach pain to high blood pressure. I've mostly seen it for sale as a tea, but also in capsules & liquid extract. Check with your natural foods store for availability.

The starter for making vinegar is also refered to as "mother." It is the cloudy ick at the bottom of the bottle in natural vinegars like Bragg's.

it's for everything... no side effects unless it's political... in any form if there was more scientific investigations.

there's so many opportunities for this herb... scientifically, medically and industrial.


but many call it evil and this is the reason why the earth is going to crumble.
