I still think it is the prosecuting Attorney. He's after Jill..he's after Gloria.. he's after Ashley... He probably put the moves on Carmen and she blew him off so things got rough and she got accidently killed.. so .. knowing her history w/ Drew..he put her body outside the nightclub. That is why he isn't looking for any other suspects besides the Winters family.. because it might lead to evidence that he did it... jmho

Brad
Drew
Neal
or anyone that has been in the cast for more than just a few years..lol... it's always a new face in the crowd that did it.

I don't think it was anyone in the Winters family. I am leaning towards Jack, the Brit in the coffee shop and maybe the new owner of Jabot Gman.

it could be the new guy who just showed up from her past (Lujack! from Guiding Light!) but i think it was probly Jack and that it was an accident...i think they want us to think it was Jana, but it could have been Sheila! cause Sheila wanted to take over Phyllis's life and Carmen and Phyllis were kinda close
