i need to eavesdropping somewhere in my company and for sure i haven't the proper tools about eavesdropping . so i need to make some thing by myself . i need a guide what's your suggestion ?

You NEED to eavesdrop? If you're in need, you're probably on thin ice already, or you think more of yourself than your coworkers do.
There isn't really anything that's inconspicuous and common enough for you to build it/bring it to work/place it without drawing suspicion.
Offices have carpets, carpeted cubicles, and acoustic ceilings. You will need a parabolic mic, but people will see you holding it up and you need line of sight to use it.

If your job is in jeporady. It sure will be gone when it's discovered. It's illegal to tape anyone without their knowledge.
