Ok, so for about 2 weeks I had all the test book symptoms of pregnancy, even the heightened sense of smell. Then, the symptoms just stopped for about 4 days. Now my nipples keep getting sharp pains in them (make you catch your breath type pains) and my breasts are sore. What gives?

I did take a test and it was negative, but I would have conceived around the 29th or 30th so it may have been too early. Just not sure what to think.

Everyone's body is different so there's no telling what's going on with yours. It would be so much easier if everyone's body reacted the same to PMS and pregnancy because then we would know exactly what is going on. You could either be pregnant or experiencing PMS because sometimes the symptoms of both are so similar. If I had to take a guess, I would guess you are pregnant because your nipples are sore and it sounds like you don't usually feel that when you're PMSing. Symptoms can go on and off with no warning. Hopefully you are pregnant (assuming that's what you're hoping for).

PMS.

Theres absolutely no pregnancy symptoms that are any different than PMS ones. and you can develop new ones, and to new severity's with any cycle at any time.

Especially when you're on a mental heightened alert when trying to get pregnant. It makes you hyper sensitive to any little thing your body is doing.

I definatly think a test is in order here. It's quite normal to have symptoms disapear for awhile and still have a normal pregnancy.
I had those kind of sharp pains in my breasts too off and on and also, my breast would kind of burn.
Good luck!!!

This could still be a sign of pregnancy. You might want to take a pregnancy test.
