It would probably get her fired at which point you can try to prove it was unjustified and they fired her because of a mental illness.
Otherwise, it would probably not get her out of work for the rest of the day....only a trip to see a counselor - paid by the company insurance.

Just get some sticky buns tied to your ears for effect.
You might get out of work for awhile, but I don't know if you'll get disability. Your employer will probably think you've lost it, but make sure there's no one to blame BUT your employer.

Yes it would get you out of work but it would also get you a trip to your local hospial for a nut job work up. Good try though.
