How can I be confident enought to say "No I've had enough." when I know better than what is going on?

if you know that it is wrong then just say no the only thing they can do is keep on then its rape n they go to jail, dont be scared of them thats just showing them your weakness...step up and be a woman please for the rest of us

You have to believe in your self and what you believe is right, also you have to stand up for what you believe, or you will not be respected and thus walked all over, this is also know as self confidence, and the way you get that is to say no and mean it , and the way you do that is respect yourself , are you proud of letting others get it over you, only you can stop them in their tracks

Speak up for yourself, it will be hard but it's the first step to getting more confident and feeling that your opinion does in fact matter.

Um...well to say NO is to stand up for yourself and what you believe in. Dont ever sell yourself short in anything.
