Japanese people eat a lot of sushi. Sushi is vinegared rice with vegetable and some kind of fish like tuna. We eat a lot of soba too which is buckwheat noodles. We also eat a lot of shrimp tempora which is deep fried shrimp. I also like chicken katsu which a breaded chicken cutlet. For, dessert, I like to eat andagi which is like a doughnut without the hole. I hope that helps.
