My friend send me message in different language so for reading it what should i do? does i have to install different font

Go to Tools>Internet Options>General, and click the Languages button. Then add the language you need. This assumes that the message is in html with the encoding indicated.

I think you don't need to install any thing, provided your explorer is an updated version.
Just try as:
Press 'View' (Tab ~ On top left corner after 'File' and 'Edit') ==> then select 'Encoding' ( then 1st try 'Auto select' or coding which your friend has used from the LOV (List of Values)).
