The comet is visible above the horizon just after sunset, so the sky is still bright. Does anyone have suggestions on which apperture and speed settings for my camera? I want to catch the comet without having the sky overexposed.
Thanks

Hi. Try bracketing. Use different exposure times from about 1/4 second to several seconds. Take lots of different shots and try to get a tree or building in the shot for scale. Good luck! (Wide open aperture will have very little effect on depth of field with a long exposure. Shoot wide open.)
