Mileage isn't a big factor. If the machine was maintained properly. Yes, Harley-Davidson motorcycles do hold a resale value, better then any other scooter. When it comes to personalization done on ANY bike, we do it for ourselves. People that think you will recoup that cost are dreamers. We each have our own tastes.
Now what you should be able to expect as far as sale price? That is going to depend on a few thing. How fast you want to sell. Is the time right?, not if you live in the northern part of the Unted States of America. Do you still have all the OEM parts? Are there any serious mechanicial problems. Will it pass a state inspection, if required? Do all the accessories, if any work properly? These are things you need to know before you look for a buyer, because they will ask. And finally, it's a buyers market, so don't be surprised and depressed if the Fat Boy doesn't bring what YOU think it should.
Look at E-bay and see what they are asking. Believe it or not msot of the Harley-Davidson for sale are demanding as more and most times MORE the they cost originally. They are getting it for whatever reason. Unless it is a limited edition, highly modified or some othr thing that attracts that one special persons eye, you be holding on to it for awhile.
Personally, I would not buy a used H-D at a price that is so close to a NEW one pricing.........what would I be getting? New H-D have a 24/24 warranty, can you offer that.......no.
Price it right and it will go. You'll have the green to do what you want and the memories of riding her.

Well it depends on the condition of the bike, I would say $10,000.00 IF It Is in excelent condition and has low miles. Try going on line to E-Bay and look at the prices of the Bikes around the same condition of yours and get a general idea. Harleys hold their value if well taken care of.

You could probably sell if for around $6500. Depending on condition or how much customizing you've done to it. Milage will be a big factor too.

Selling it? Check nada.com or kbb.com. Both should have motorcycle values.
If you mean horsepower, it's as much as your wallet will stand.
If you mean work, well, us fatboys don't like work very much.
